Due to the shelter-in-place order, all appointments in our office will be conducted via phone. Please call 510-642-7823 to request a confidential appointment. When we call you, it will be from a blocked/private caller, so please take the steps necessary to ensure our call is not sent directly to your voicemail.
On iPhone:
1. From the home screen tap "Settings"
2. Tap "Phone"
3. Tap the "Silence Unknown Callers" option off.
If you don't have iOS 13, you will need to check your "Do Not Disturb" Settings:
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "Do Not Disturb"
3. Tap "Allow Calls From"
4. Tap "Everyone"
On Android:
1. Go into the Phone application
2. Tap "More"
3. Tap "Settings"
4. Tap "Call Blocking"
5. Tap "Block List"
6. Turn off "Block Anonymous Calls"
